Impact Lax Training was designed to give our lacrosse athletes the ability to work closely with coaches, in a small groups setting, to focus on speed, agility, strength and lacrosse skills that will help transform their game to the next level.

Each sessions is segmented in to 30 minute blocks.

Group Sessions are 90 minutes
0-30 min- Body Warm Up, Footwork, Conditioning and Athletic movements
30-60 min- Lacrosse skills or drills to improve their stickwork, stick control, shooting, form and more.
60-90 min- Free Play.  We believe playing in an unstructured environment after trainings will help increase confidence, creativity, IQ execution. Whether it is 2v2 or 10v10.
